This is a crop of a photo I took in Florida last year. I couldn't believe how much better the cropped photo is. Awesome.

I saw this in the Flickr Architecture pool. Lovely photo, lots of atmosphere and love the way the pier goes off into the distance. I advise you to have a look through this ladies photostream.

RV Trip - Part III

Photo #7: Sunset at the beach
Taken on my 40th birthday from our table at a beach side restaurant. A birthday I'll remember for a long time. What I like about the photo are the shadows at the bottom and the colour of the sky. An interesting photo that was more of a snap.

Photo #6: Market, Near Denia
I took this photo on our photography course last month. It's supposed to be a documentary type of photo. IN reality it was a quick snap while nobody was looking although I'm told it's pretty good.

Just Add Butter
Marina City in Chicago. It appear that I'm going through a 'Chicago Architecture' phase at the moment. Hopefully this will inspire me to go out and take shots like this myself.
Photo #2: US 16 South Dakota
Taken as we were driving to Custer, South Dakota after an awful storm. This brings back memories of driving at 20 miles an hour in driving rain as the wind tried to push us off the highway. 30 Minutes later the sun came out and you would never have known there'd been a storm.

Dead Horse Point
This isn't my photo of the day. Just a great photo of our favourite place. Dead Horse Point, near Moab, Utah. It's like being on top of the world.
Photo #1: Sears Tower Chicago
I took this while on a cruise around the city in October 2007. For those of you that weren't aware Chicago has a lot of rivers and they allow you get great views of some fantastic buildings.
Chicago's two tallest buildings are very menacing. Both are black, very modern but it's the John Hancock Centre looks like something from a Star Wars move. Still Sears Tower is a very cool building.

Night Shots at Milsons Point, Sydney Harbour
My most popular photo on Flickr. Not one of my best but good none the less. Over the next week I'm going to publish what I think are my best photo's.

John Hancock Centre, Chicago, IL
I love this building. Very dark, star wars like but I can't take my eyes of it. I've been up it twice and can't wait to go back again.
